Upgrade your BT Home Hub online

   

Firmware is the software which runs on your Home Hub. It keeps the Hub working, and controls the features and functions it offers. To improve your Hub's performance, you can now voluntarily upgrade to the latest version of firmware version 6.2.6.H and choose when to receive it down your broadband line. If you're a member of BT FON, you will automatically receive this upgrade and don't need to upgrade yourself.

How to upgrade

You don't have to do anything once you've scheduled an upgrade. It takes 15-45 minutes to upgrade your BT Home Hub, but it's important that you leave it on during your entire time slot.

The upgrade takes 15 - 45 minutes, during which time you will not be able to access the Internet. Make sure that you leave your BT Home Hub on during your entire upgrade slot.
